阻尼层敷贴法对钻井振动筛降噪效果的影响

针对钻井振动筛工作噪声问题,提出了在钻井振动筛筛箱侧板敷贴阻尼层以减弱其噪声辐射的方法.通过筛箱振声模型,采用有限元法和模态应变能法对侧板敷贴阻尼前后的振动模态和侧板声辐射进行分析,利用COMSOL进行仿真求解,比较分析了不同材料、不同厚度的阻尼层对筛箱表面噪声辐射的影响.研究表明,表面阻尼结构能减弱噪声辐射;敷贴较硬的材料能对侧板起到一定的振动约束作用;需要根据材料属性选取最佳厚度,达到最佳减振降噪效果.
Effect of Damping Layer Application Method on Noise Reduction of Drilling Vibrating Screen
Aiming at the problem of working noise of drilling vibrating screen,a method of applying a damping layer to the side plate of the drilling vibrating screen box to reduce its noise radiation was proposed.Through the vibration model of the screen box,the vibration mode and the acoustic radiation of the side plate before and after the damping of the side plate were analyzed by the finite ele-ment method and the modal strain energy method,and the influence of different materials and different thicknesses of damping layers on the surface noise radiation of the screen box was compared and analyzed by using COMSOL.Studies have shown that the surface damp-ing structure can reduce noise radiation.Applying harder materials can play a certain vibration restraining role on the side panels.It is necessary to select the best thickness according to the material properties to achieve the best vibration and noise reduction effect.
