基于机器视觉的煤矸石识别方法综述

煤矸石识别是煤炭智能化产业中的重要环节,而基于机器视觉的煤矸石识别技术是当前的研究重点和热点,但现有技术存在着一些问题和不足.首先揭示了外界因素对煤矸石图像采集的影响,其次阐述了煤矸石图像处理中的常用方法并指出了各方法存在的不足之处,最后总结了当前基于机器学习的煤矸石相关识别分类技术.基于上述研究成果,提出了当前煤矸石机器视觉识别方法的进一步研究方向,即:构建高质量的煤矸石数据集、研究高效的图像分割方法、选择最具代表性的煤矸石特征、优化深度学习网络模型结构.
Review of Coal Gangue Recogntion Methods of Based on Machine Vision
Coal gangue recognition is an important part of the coal intelligent industry,and the coal gangue recognition technology based on machine vision is the current research focus and hotspot,but there are some problems and deficiencies in the existing technology.Firstly,the influence of external factors on coal gangue image acquisition was revealed.Secondly,the common methods of coal gangue image processing were expounded and the shortcomings of each method was pointed out.Finally,the current recognition and classification technology of coal gangue based on machine learning was summarized.Based on the above research results,the further research directions of the current machine vision recognition methods for coal gangue are proposed,namely,building high-quality coal gangue datasets,researching efficient image segmentation methods,selecting the most representative coal gangue features,and optimizing the deep learning network model structure.
