Surface Manipulation Technique of Multi-layer Micro-nano Structures and Experimental Investigation on Its Heat Transfer Enhancement
The micro-nano structured surface has great application potential in cooling equipment with high heat flux due to its excellent heat transfer enhancement characteristics.However,the traditional chemical manipulation technique is not easy to control the fabricating quality,and the advanced laser etching method has high manipulation cost,which is not suitable for large-scale industrial applications.The multi-layer micro-nano structured surface was fabricated by combining the industrial braided 100-micron gap copper mesh with the copper substrate surface by vacuum brazing technique.The micro-nano surface nucleation core density is 5~8 times that of the smooth surface,which shows a significant boiling enhancement feature.The experimental results of macroscopic heat transfer performance verify the enhanced heat transfer performance and provide a reference for the industrial application of micro-nano surface enhanced heat transfer technology.
