In recent years,researchers have proposed a digital twin technology combining shape and performance,which can solve some problems such as the unobstructibility and time-variability of production and manufacturing systems,and the limitation of equipment space,and can also effectively predict the real-time performance of key parts of the research object.The existing research on digital twin technology combining shape and performance was summarized.Firstly,the comparison between it and traditional digital twin technology was carried out in terms of real-time performance,data acquisition and analysis technology.Then,the functions,advantages and application sce-narios of the two technologies were expounded.Secondly,the components of the digital twin technology combining shape and performance were introduced starting from its implementation framework.Finally,the future development trend of this technology was prospected.
