兰州水源地双护盾TBM综合超前地质预报技术与应用

双护盾隧道掘进机(tunnel boring machine,TBM)对不良地质的适应性较差,如遇突泥涌水、围岩破碎垮塌等不良地质灾害时,极易发生TBM卡机,造成工期延误和经济损失.以兰州水源地工程为研究背景,结合双护盾TBM施工特点,分析电磁干扰、护盾较长、管片支护等因素影响,利用TBM刀盘孔和管片注浆孔,结合辅助装置,改进地震波法和电阻率法观测系统,提出了适用于双护盾TBM综合预报体系.研究结果表明:综合超前地质体系较好地适应了双护盾TBM施工特点,且能有效识别前方破碎带和地下水的发育情况,结合现场应用实例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,可供同类工程借鉴与参考.
Advanced Detection Technology and Application of Double Shield TBM in Lanzhou Water Source
The adaptability of double-shield tunnel boring machine(TBM)to bad geology is poor,such as in the case of sudden mud water,surrounding rock crushing and collapse and other bad geological disasters,it is easy to occur TBM stuck,resulting in construction delay and economic losses.Based on the research background of Lanzhou water source project,combined with the construction characteristics of double shield TBM,the influences of electromagnetic interference,longer shield and segment support were analyzed.The observation system of seismic wave method and resistivity method were improved by using TBM cutterhead holes and segment grouting holes,combined with auxiliary devices,and a comprehensive prediction system suitable for double shield TBM was proposed.The research results show that the comprehensive advanced geological system can better adapt to the construction characteristics of double-shield TBM,and can effectively identify the development of the fractured zone and groundwater in front of it.Combined with field application examples,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
