Screening Identification of Biocontrol Bacteria and Control of Peach Bacterial Shot Hole
Antagonistic strains were screened from peach rhizosphere soil by agar disk method and the control effect was determined so as to obtain biocontrol strains with good control effect on peach bacterial shot hole. The results show that a total of 198 bacterial strains are isolated and purified, among which 13 strains show inhibitory effect on peach bacterial perforation disease. The inhibitory effect of strain No.8 is the most significant, and its inhibitory diameter is 30.8 mm.Strain 8 is identified as salt-tolerant Bacillus halotolerans by morphological and molecular identification and phylogenetic tree is established. In vitro inoculation and field control ex-periments show that strain 8 could better inhibit the spread of the disease and slow down the increase of morbidity compared with the control group. In summary, strain 8 has a good biocontrol potential for peach bacterial perforation disease, and can provide a basis for the development and application of biocontrol bacteria for this disease.
