变轨距高速列车轮-轴-轨多体接触分析

为研究跨国高速列车变轨距转向架不同位置的接触情况,建立了轮-轴-轨多体接触有限元模型,对比分析轨距、横移量及型面匹配对轮轴、轮轨接触斑与等效应力的影响.结果表明:变轨距转向架中的车轴在运营过程中会产生向上的弯曲,车轮和车轴间的接触面积沿轴向逐渐减小,轮轴间受力不均匀,横移量的改变会进一步影响这一现象;车轮和车轴在间隙配合下产生的轮轴等效应力值比传统转向架在过盈配合下产生的值大,且在轮座外侧端部产生应力集中,在检修维护中需重点关注;不同轮轨型面匹配中标准XP55与两种钢轨的匹配性能较好,为变轨距转向架车轮型面的选型提供参考.
Analysis of Wheel-Axle-Rail Multibody Contact of Variable-gauge High-speed Train
In order to study the contact conditions at different positions of variable-gauge bogie of transnational high-speed trains,the wheel-axle-rail multibody contact finite element models were established.The effects of track gauge,lateral displacement,and profile matching on the contact patch and equivalent stress of wheel-axle and wheel-rail were compared and analyzed.It is concluded that upward bending is produced by the axle in the variable gauge bogie during the operation process.The contact area between the wheel and axle is observed to gradually decrease along the axial direction.The force between the wheel and axle is found to be uneven,and this phenomenon is further affected by changes in lateral displacement.A larger value of wheel-axle equivalent stress is produced by the wheel and axle in the clearance fit compared to the traditional bogie under interference fit.Stress concentration,occurring at the outer end of the wheel seat,is identified as needing more attention during maintenance.Better matching performance is provided by standard XP55 and two kinds of rail in different wheel-rail profile matching,offering a reference for the selection of wheel profiles for variable-gauge bogies.
