Dynamic Response of Stiffened Aluminum Alloy Plate Hit by Shock Wave
In order to study the effects of the number and arrangement of ribs on the reinforced plate on the damage resistance of the plate under explosive impact, eight models of reinforced plates with different numbers and arrangements of ribs were established under the premise of the same rib form.Using the finite element analysis software LS-DYNA,the structural response of the reinforced plate under explosive impact was simulated and analyzed by using the simulation analysis model based on experimental verification. The re-sults show that the additional ribs have no significant effect on the peak deflection of the structure under the action of the explosive shock wave, but by reasonable design, the residual deflection of the structure can be reduced by more than 30%compared with the or-dinary plate;the deflection of the structure is not only related to the structural design, but also to the position of the normal incidence of the shock wave;the formula of the displacement of the center point of the structure changing with the spacing of the ribs on the grid is summarized and fitted, which provides reference for the engineering design of the protective structure.
