近红外光谱技术监控不同水平运动员递增负荷肌群肌氧变化特征

为了分析不同水平赛艇运动员在递增负荷测试中三个关键环节不同肌肉SMO2变化特征,找出不同水平运动员SMO2变化与常用指标变化的关系,提高递增负荷测试在赛艇训练监控中的针对性和实效性.通过实验将45名男子赛艇运动员,依据赛艇测功仪2 000 m成绩分为A、B、C三个组.三组分别完成递增负荷测试,全程记录左右侧肱二头肌、竖脊肌和股内侧肌肌氧变化,同时记录心率、血乳酸等指标.实验数据使用Shapiro-Wilk法检验数据的正态性,相同运动员不同肌肉SMO2变化测试结果对比使用非参数检验分析.不同水平运动员递增负荷测试结果的对比使用双尾独立T检验.相同运动员不同部位SMO2与其他指标之间变化相关关系采用Pearson相关分析.结果表明:A、B、C三组不同部位ΔSMO2在每级负荷中均与ΔHR有相关关系.A组股内侧肌ΔSMO2与ΔHR全程高度相关(r=0.74-0.82,P<0.01),肱二头肌ΔSMO2与ΔHR全程高度相关(r=0.32-0.88,P<0.01),竖脊肌ΔSMO2与ΔHR全程高度相关(r=0.49-0.81,P<0.01);BLA变化幅度为-4.36 mmol/L时,对应B组ΔSMO2变化幅度为-18.64%,C组ΔSMO2变化幅度为-9.31%.可见不同水平运动员在赛艇递增负荷测试中均呈现出随着负荷增加SMO2逐级下降的趋势.但是,不同水平运动员三个关键环节主要肌肉SMO2变化特征呈现出一定程度的差异;赛艇递增负荷测试时,水平高的运动员综合ΔSMO2变化率、ΔHR变化率和ΔBLA变化率相对较小;运动员SMO2"拐点"与"乳酸阈拐点"相一致.相同BLA下,水平高的运动员SMO2变化幅度较大,水平低的运动员SMO2变化幅度较小.SMO2变化只代表局部氧化代谢和运动能力,无法反应整体运动表现.
Changes of Muscle Oxygen in Athletes of Different Levels Monitor during Incremental Load Based on Near-infrared Spectroscopy Technique
In order to analyse the variation characteristics of muscle oxygen saturation(SMO2)of different muscles in three key links of increasing load test for athletes of different levels,find out the relationship between the variation of SMO2 of athletes of different levels and the variation of common indicators,so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of increasing load test in rowing training monitoring.45 male rowers were divided into three groups according to the results of the 2 000 m rowing ergonometer:A,B and C.Three groups completed the incremental load test respectively,and the changes of muscle oxygen in the left and right biceps brachii,erectus spinus and vastus medialis were recorded throughout the whole process,while the heart rate,blood lactic acid and other indica-tors were recorded.Shapiro-Wilk method was used to test the normality of experimental data,and non-parametric test was used to com-pare the test results of SMO2 changes in different muscles of the same athletes.Two tail independent T test was used to compare the re-sults of incremental load test for athletes of different levels.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between SMO2 and other indexes in different parts of the same athletes.The results show these as follows.There is A correlation between ΔHR and ΔSMO2 in different parts of group A,B and C.In group A,ΔSMO2 was highly correlated with ΔHR throughout the whole course(r=0.74-0.82,P<0.01),ΔSMO2 was highly correlated with ΔHR throughout the whole course(r=0.32-0.88,P<0.01),ΔSMO2 was highly correlated with ΔHR throughout the whole course(r=0.49-0.81,P<0.01),and ΔSMO2 was high-ly correlated with ΔHR throughout the whole course(r=0.49-0.81,P<0.01).When the change amplitude of BLA was-4.36 mmol/L,the change amplitude of ΔSMO2 in group B was-18.64%,and that of ΔSMO2 in group C was-9.31%.It is concluded that the SMO2 of athletes of different levels showed a downward trend step by step with the increase of load in the increasing load test of rowing,.However,the variation characteristics of SMO2 in the three key muscles of athletes at different levels showed a certain degree of difference.In the incremental load test of rowing,the comprehensive ΔSMO2 change rate,ΔHR change rate andΔBLA change rate of athletes with high level of rowing skill are relatively small.Athlete SMO2"inflection point"is consistent with"lactate threshold inflection point".Under the same BLA,the SMO2 of athletes with high level changes greatly,while the SMO2of athletes with low level changes little.SMO2 changes only represent local oxidative metabolism and exercise ability,but cannot reflect the overall exercise performance.
