固体废弃物代替护坡种植土的微观分析及影响机理

为减少固体废弃物对环境造成污染,并实现提高固体废弃物利用率使其变废为宝.通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffrac-tion,XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、直接剪切等试验方法从宏观、微观角度研究了配置基材中粉煤灰、污泥、水泥对其理化性质、力学性能及植生性能的影响作用.结果表明:粉煤灰、污泥及水泥加入的种植土较普通种植土的性能更优,并无毒性影响.粉煤灰微粉的颗粒粒径分布在0~30 μm范围内的粒径占95%以上时能使基材颗粒间孔隙率降低;随着粉煤灰含量的增加,基材的电导率(electrical conductance,EC)值呈线性增加的趋势;植生性能更好且粉煤灰能够使植物叶片持绿时间延长.加入污泥后出现被胶凝物质包裹形成团聚颗粒的纺锤状微生物,随着污泥含量的增加,基材pH呈线性降低的趋势;内摩擦角呈线性降低的趋势;电导率(EC)值呈线性增加的趋势.水泥水化降低了基材的孔隙率,随着水泥含量的增加,基材pH、黏聚力及内摩擦角都存在线性增加的趋势;水泥提供的碱性环境有利于对污泥、粉煤灰中重金属的固定.可见粉煤灰、污泥和水泥作为基材材料代替部分护坡种植土不仅减少环境污染、针对其优势发挥最大利用价值,还能从理化性质、力学性能及植生性能提高生态护坡的景观效益及稳定性.
Micro-analysis and Influence Mechanism of Solid Waste Instead of Slope Planting Soil
In order to reduce the pollution of solid waste to the environment,and improve the utilization rate of solid waste to turn waste into treasure.The effects of fly ash,sludge and cement on the physical and chemical properties,mechanical properties and planting performance of the substrate were studied was used by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and direct shear tests.The results show that the performance of planting soil with fly ash,sludge and cement is better than that of ordinary planting soil,and there is no toxic effect.When the particle size distribution of fly ash particles in the range of 0~30 μm accounts for more than 95%,the porosity between the microscopic particles of the substrate decreases.With the increase of fly ash,the EC increases linearly,plant-ing performance is better and fly ash can prolong the green time of plant leaves.Adding sludge,spindle-shaped microorganisms are wrapped in gel material to form agglomerated particles.With the increase in sludge,the pH and internal friction angle decreased linear-ly,and the electrical conductance increased linearly.Cement hydration reduces the porosity of the substrate.With the increase of ce-ment,the pH,cohesion,and internal friction angle of the substrate have a linear increase trend.The alkaline environment provided by cement is conducive to the fixation of heavy metals in sludge and fly ash.It is concluded that the use of fly ash,sludge and cement as base materials to replace part of the slope protection planting soil not only reduces environmental pollution and maximizes the use value according to its advantages,but also improves the landscape benefit and stability of ecological slope protection from physical and chemi-cal properties,mechanical properties and plant properties.
