Reflections on Regulations of Non-Official Guided Tours Issued by Museums from the Perspectives of Legal Policies
Museums have issued regulations governing non-official guided tours,which causes some controversies.Based on the statutory functions and duties of museums,analyses are specified from the perspectives of relevant legal policies,in order to sort out rights and obligations of the museums in the issue of restricting non-official guided tours.Furthermore,it is proposed that museums should adhere to the people-centered approaches and take the guidance,service and standardization of non-official guided tours as an important measure to deepen the reform of"releasing,managing and servicing"in the field of museums.Corresponding specific suggestions for different types of non-official guided tours including improving and exploring the diversified services and so on are put forward.
