A Study on the Cognition,Behavior and Demand of Primary and Secondary School Teachers Participating in Museum Education
Museum education is of great value to both students and teachers.Teachers'cognition and behavior have an important impact on the effect of museum education.Twenty-four primary and secondary school teachers were interviewed based on grounded theory.It was found that rational evaluation based on the educational effect and realistic needs promote teachers'motivation to participate museum education,and the degree of help to their own career development and school teaching is the decisive factor of teachers'willingness to participate museum education.In terms of implementation,stakeholder support,manpower,time,funds,resources,professional support,career development support and other aspects were insufficient.The study proposed to strengthen organizational support,embrace knowledge differences,develop high-quality educational resources,and overcome implementation difficulties under the guidance of policies.
