The Audio Tour on WeChat Platform Used in Museum from the Perspective of Audience Needs:A Case Study of the Special Exhibition The Civilizations of the Xia,Shang and Zhou Dynasties
This article focuses on the audio tour on WeChat platform of the special exhibition The Civilizations of the Xia,Shang and Zhou Dynasties held in Shanghai Museum,in order to find out how the audience used the audio tour and what they thought of through questionnaire surveys,assess whether the audio tour service matched the audience's needs,collect the problems and find out the solutions.On this basis,the article looks into the distance to the advantages and potential development of audio tours in the current technological environment.It is considered that the most important point should be the experience of the audience and audio tour should be considered as a part of the exhibition experience,which can enhance the overall experience of the audience.
