提升公民科学素质的有效路径——以崇左创建全国科普示范县(市、区)为例

崇左市通过加强党的领导、提升科普影响力和覆盖面、融合民族文化、搭建多渠道科普参与机制等手段,成功创建全国科普示范县(市、区),但仍存在一些问题,如科普活动品牌化程度不高、基层科普阵地建设有待加强等.为此,需结合新一轮创建要求及科普高质量发展趋势,从加强党的领导、推进基层科普阵地建设、融合民族文化等方面着手,优化科普活动品牌,搭建多渠道科普参与机制,以实现科普高质量发展.同时,还应加强科研项目的支持力度,提高科普工作者的专业素质,进一步推动公民科学素质的提升.
Effective Path to Enhance Citizens'Scientific Quality:Taking Chongzuo's Creation of National Science Popularization Demonstration County(City and District)as an Example
Chongzuo City has succeeded in creating a national science popularization demonstration county(city and district)by means of strengthening the leadership of the Party,enhancing the influence and coverage of popularization of science,integrating national culture,and building a multi-channel mechanism for participation in popularization of science.However,there are still some problems,such as the low degree of branding of popular science activities and the need to strengthen the construction of grassroots science popularization positions.In order to further enhance the scientific quality of citizens,Chongzuo City needs to take into account the requirements of the new round of creation and the development trend of high quality of popularization of science,start from strengthening the leadership of the Party,promoting the construction of grass-roots popularization of science positions,integrating the national culture,optimizing the branding of popularization of science activities,and building a mechanism of multi-channel participation in popularization of science,so as to achieve the high-quality development of popularization of science.At the same time,it should also strengthen the support of scientific research projects,improve the professional quality of science popularization workers,and further promote the improvement of citizens'scientific quality.
