Dual Perspective Entrepreneurship Orientation Incentive Innovation Performance and Ability Empirical Research Organizational Learning Intermediary and Network Balance Adjustment
Abstralt:The wave of innovation and entrepreneurship in my country cannot be denied,while the fruits of innovation and entrepreneurship are fruitful,it also reveals the dilemma of continuous failures in the performance and capabilities of in-novation and entrepreneurship.How do newly-incubated companies take advantage of the respective advantages and syner-gies of network power and network conventions,and accurately grasps the pace and progress of the transformation of entre-preneurial orientation into innovation performance and ability,so it is the top priority of this research.Based on the perspec-tive of dual differentiation architecture and the interaction theory of network effects,this research constructs"dual entrepre-neurial orientation(promotion and development)-dual organizational learning(applied and exploratory)-dual innovation per-formance and ability(exploitative and exploratory)"structural equation model.This research explores the moderating role of dual network balance(power and conventions),and conducts empirical research work through the joint big data of the coor-dinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in the Chinese context,and interprets the difference community between the overall effect and the local effect in detail.The research results show that dual entrepreneurial orientation and dual organiza-tional learning respectively positively and significantly affect dual innovation performance and ability,and dual organiza-tional learning positively and significantly affect dual innovation performance and ability,while dual organizational learning exerts an intermediary effect,and dual network balance presents a positive U-shaped adjustment effect.The conclusions are as follows:First,ambidextrous entrepreneurial orientation and ambidextrous organizational learning respectively have a positive and significant impact on ambidextrous innovation performance.Ambidextrous entre-preneurial orientation is a mental model to expand new horizons,new fields and new businesses,and ambidextrous organiza-tional learning is a thinking framework to stimulate new ideas,new knowledge and new skills.Therefore,enterprises follow the operation mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning and systematically carry out mass entre-preneurship and innovation practice,which ultimately efficiently stimulates innovation performance and core competitive-ness.Second,ambidextrous entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant impact on ambidextrous organizational learning.The characteristics of entrepreneurial orientation,such as innovation,creativity,proactive actions and risk taking,stimulate the desire for knowledge and learning enthusiasm of team members,promote the mutual transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in the process of knowledge spiral mechanism,and finally promote the effectiveness of organizational learning and improve the knowledge framework system.Third,ambidextrous organizational learning plays a mediating effect.Entrepreneurial orientation belongs to the strategic decision of the organizational team,which needs to use the transmission function of the intermediate media of organizational learning to indirectly improve the core competitive advantage and innovation performance ability.Therefore,ambidextrous organizational learning plays a connecting role,which will shape the organizational culture and promote the knowledge spiral side by side,so as to maximize the mediating effect.Fourth,network power and network convention play a moderating effect respectively.First,network power plays the role of"adhesive"and"reconciler",cultivating the stability and creativity of network organization,guiding the sharing of network resources and mutual benefit of advantages,and finally improving the innovation and circulation of network.Second,network convention plays the role of"softening agent"and"strengthening agent",building the guiding and restric-tive nature of network order,and awakening the coordination and integration of network atmosphere.Fifth,the dual network balance(power and convention)presents a positive U-shaped regulatory effect.The dual network balance reflects the dif-ference between network power and network convention.With the improvement of the dual network balance,the difference between network power and network convention shrinks,and finally reaches a relatively stable state of balance.When the dual network balance is relatively stable,both network power and network convention are paid attention to,and the double coordination effect realizes the enhancement effect of"1+1＞2".There are four innovative contributions:First,learn from the dual differentiation theoretical framework,define the con-notation and extension of entrepreneurial orientation,and divide it into two entrepreneurial guidance tendencies,namely advancement entrepreneurship and development entrepreneurship.This study separately explores the effects of each and the difference between the two,so as to make up for the one-sided thinking of measuring entrepreneurial orientation.Second,it comprehensively examines the two key factors of enterprise innovation performance and competitiveness,combining the two into one and referred to as"innovation performance",which can not only reflect the performance of cost and profit,but also characterize the development ability of core advantages.This research evaluates from the dual framework of ex-ploitative innovation and exploratory innovation,so as to improve the concept of the limitations of investigating a single in-dicator with partial generalization.Third,extend the perspective of the dual differentiation of organizational learning,based in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated area,carry out empirical research work in conjunction with the joint big data of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and build a"dual entrepreneurial orientation(promotion and develop-ment)-dual organizational learning(applied and exploratory)-dual innovation performance and ability(exploitative and ex-ploratory)"structural equation model.This research reveals the logical path and operating mechanism of the transformation of entrepreneurial orientation into innovation-driven,whether in the whole or in the part,so as to fill in the restrictive vision that lacks research extension ideas.Finally,expand the research perspective of network power and network conventions,re-spectively explore the influence effects of their respective adjustment effects,and draw a diagram of adjustment effects to vi-sually show the difference in straight-line tilt.On this basis,this research draws on the theory of network effect interaction,further digs into the dual network balance(power and conventions)regulating effect,interprets the difference community be-tween the overall effect and the local effect in detail,and draw a positive U-shaped adjustment effect diagram to visually show the degree of difference between high,middle and low effects.There are three management enlightenments:First,the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship strategy selection is a winning move for high-tech manufacturing incubated enterprises,which advocates the entrepreneurial oriented goal of investing in valuable creation,advanced action and risk taking,and stimulates the innovation-driven practice of creative conception,innovation transformation and creation diffusion.Therefore,only by abandoning the narrow short-sightedness of improving profits can we advocate the broad vision of creating creativity.Incubated enterprises should imple-ment the entrepreneurial oriented strategy in a systematic and step-by-step manner,set up the collaborative development process mechanism of mass entrepreneurship and innovation practice,implement the focus on key objects and track the landing,and efficiently improve the competitive advantage of mass entrepreneurship and innovation practice.Specific mea-sures:sitting in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated region,creating an incubator system,integrating high-quality mass entrepreneurship and innovation projects,boosting the transformation and upgrading of incubation cultivation,and providing"creativity → innovation → creation"process integration,multi-directional and full-cycle"nanny"guidance services for the entered enterprises.Second,from the perspective of organizational learning,the mass entrepreneurship and innovation practice of incubated enterprises are embedded in the organizational culture.The learning process represents the mental model and thinking framework of innovation and entrepreneurship,and plays the role of"bridge and link"at all times.There-fore,incubated enterprises implement entrepreneurial orientation practice in a systematic and step-by-step manner,shaping organizational culture and promoting knowledge learning,and efficiently ensuring the smooth operation of innovation and entrepreneurship process.Specific measures:gather team collaboration ability,develop knowledge management system,with the help of knowledge spiral mechanism,integrate expert think tank platform,design assessment and evaluation sys-tem,and realize the"butler"tracking service of theoretical co-learning,organizational co-construction,resource com-plementarity,advantage assistance and effectiveness sharing.Third,from the perspective of network balance(power and practice),incubated enterprises implement entrepreneurial innovation strategy projects are contained in social network and relationship network.Network power is the internal driving force to maintain the smooth flow of network operation,net-work practice is the external thrust to ensure the orderly development of network process,and network balance is the strong support to coordinate the orderly development of network,and play the coupling effect of"repairing deviations and remedies".Therefore,incubated enterprises implement entrepreneurial orientation strategy in a systematic and step-by-step manner,cultivate stable network organization and harmonious relationship,guide network resource sharing and advantage reciproci-ty,edify the healthy network atmosphere and supervision and constraints,and finally improve innovation performance and core competitiveness.Specific measures:practice the operation mode dominated by ground incubation and network services,build a balanced network supervision mechanism,collaborate with network big data services,promote the seamless link of"in-dustry-university-research integration"between scientific research,achievement transformation and network platform,and give full play to its best efficiency.
