Research on Configuration Path of Multi-Agent Interaction Influencing Green Innovation in Innovation Ecosystem
Green and innovation are two important engines for improving the quality of economic development in the new era.Facing the double pressure of insufficient regional green innovation ability and worsening environmental pollu-tion,how to promote green and low-carbon transformation and improve the quality of economic development has become the main goal of economic development in all regions.Green innovation involves many innovation entities such as enter-prises,governments and research institutions.And green innovation has become an important way to solve the dilemma between economic development and environmental protection by developing industrial technology systems that are condu-cive to resource conservation,pollution prevention and control,energy conservation and emission reduction.Under the new mission background of"Carbon peak and carbon neutrality",it is of great significance to build a green action system under the co-governance of government,enterprises and the public,as well as a collaborative innovation ecology among various entities,to enhance the overall green innovation advantage of the region.Based on innovation ecosystem theory,this paper takes 30 provinces in China as samples,and applies configuration thinking and fuzzy sets qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to explore the complex causal mechanism and configuration path of multi-agent interaction affecting regional green innovation in regional innovation ecosystem.The re-sults show that:(1)In the innovation ecosystem,the single conditions such as technological innovation of enterprises,knowledge innovation of academic and research institutions,government policy driving,public participation and platform facilities have weak explanatory power to regional green innovation,but the interaction and matching of various subjects can stimulate the vitality of regional green innovation.(2)There are three types of multi-agent interactive configuration paths that generate high green innovation in the innovation ecosystem:government-guided enterprise green innovation mode,government-public dual driving enterprise green innovation mode,platform-oriented multi-body collaborative green innovation mode.And there are two types of configuration paths that lead to non-high green innovation:technolo-gy-knowledge innovation subject double missing type,technological innovation subject missing type.(3)The configura-tion path of promoting green innovation performance in eastern and central and western regions is obviously different.The platform-oriented multi-agent collaborative model is an important path for Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces to continuously promote green innovation;and the green innovation paths of central and western provinces are mainly characterized by government guidance and dual driving of enterprise innovation by government and public.The conclusion of this study provides important policy reference for establishing a green development-oriented inno-vation ecosystem and effectively promoting the"dual carbon"goal and regional green innovation development.The policy implications are as follows:First,each region should cultivate an innovation ecology by combining its own advantages such as innovation subjects,policy environment,public green demand and participation enthusiasm,so as to pool superior resources to explore a green innovation-driven path suitable for local development.Second,the government should strengthen the policy guidance of enterprises'green technology innovation activities,so as to improve the regional green innovation activity with the help of the government.At the same time,the government should also pay attention to the im-provement of public environmental protection participation platforms and environmental supervision channels,so as to pro-mote regional green innovation.Third,in terms of platform facilities,it is necessary to constantly build a complete,effi-cient and practical innovation infrastructure and digital infrastructure system to provide good hardware support for re-gional green innovation activities.
