采空区大面积冒顶、片帮和严重的闭合变形等均是重要的地质灾害,严重影响现场生产,对井下人员的生命安全造成严重威胁.传统监测方法存在观测数据量少、无法或难以监测无人空区、不能定量观测空区垮落等缺点.针对上述问题,本文研制了一套高精度采空区三维激光扫描监测系统,可以快速而全面地扫描采空区的形态,计算采空区的体积,并对变形区域进行标示;同时该系统实现了远程控制,可以避免人员进入井下现场操作;系统测量精度达到2 cm,和矿山微震系统相结合,可以实现采空区稳定性评价,极大地提高采空区的监测效果.
3D LASER SCANNING DEFORMATION MONITORING SYSTEM TO THE CAVITY
The roof fall, rib spalling, closure deformation of the cavity are serious geological hazard, which is of bad influence and even threatens the mining personnel' s life. The traditional monitoring measures have many shortcomings, such as limited data obtained, difficult to monitor the unmanned cavity, and not able to calculate the volume of the cavity accurately. In order to solve above problems, this paper develops a high precision three dimensional laser deformation monitoring system, which can scan the cavity shape fast, calculate the volume of the cavity , and mark the deformation area. At the same time, this system realizes remote controlling; the operator is not necessary to work in the locale. The resolution of the monitoring system can reach 2 cm. If combined with the mi-croseisms system, the cavity stability evaluation can be realized, which will improve the effect to monitor the cavity dramatically.
