基于我国开展"矿山智慧化"的战略部署,未来矿产资源开发利用实现机械化、自动化、信息化、智能化已经成为行业发展的必然趋势.近年来,随着计算机图像处理技术的飞速发展,机器视觉在工业中得到广泛应用,基于深度学习的图像识别技术也将成为选矿厂智能化的重要工具.简述了图像识别的主要技术及方法,介绍了图像识别技术在重选、磁选、浮选中的研究现状,并对图像识别技术在选矿中的应用进行了展望,以期能够为相关学者提供参考.
Progress on the application of image recognition technology based on deep learning in mineral processing
Based on China's strategic deployment of"Smart Mine",the future development and utilization of mineral resources to achieve mechanization,automation,informatization and intelligence has become an inevitable trend in the development of the industry.In recent years,with the rapid development of computer image processing technology,machine vision is widely used in industry.Image recognition technology based on deep learning will also become an important tool for intelligent beneficiation plants.This paper briefly describes the main techniques and methods of image recognition,introduces the current research status of image recognition technology in gravity concentration,magnetic separation and flotation,and gives an outlook on the application of image recognition technology in mineral processing,in order to provide a reference for relevant scholars.
