摘要

矿冶工程总承包的管理质量直接决定项目的安全性和效益.为提升矿冶工程总承包项目管理质量,根据矿冶集团的"健康—安全—环境(Health-Safety-Environment,HSE)"项目管理资料,构建矿冶工程总承包项目管理的评价指标体系,并基于混合改进层次分析法设计矿冶工程总承包HSE管理评价模型.模型应用实例分析结果显示,设计的矿冶工程总承包HSE管理评价模型与专家评分的差异明显小于其余传统模型与专家评分的差异,且设计的工程总承包HSE管理模式较传统管理模式的管理质量更高.

Abstract

The management quality of mining and metallurgical engineering general contracting directly determines the safety and efficiency of the project.To improve the management quality of mining and metallurgical engineering general contracting projects,an evaluation index system is developed based on the"Health Safety Environment(HSE)"project management data of the BGRIMM Technology Group.A mixed improvement analytic hierarchy process is used to design an HSE management evaluation model for mining and metallurgical engineering general contracting.The analysis results of model application examples show that the difference between the designed HSE management evaluation model and expert ratings is significantly smaller than the difference between other traditional models and expert ratings,and the designed HSE management model has higher management quality than traditional ones.
