The system of low-carbon performance evaluation indicators for nonferrous metal metallurgy
Accounting for over 90%,smelting is the core link of carbon emissions in the non-ferrous metal industry.Based on the analysis of carbon emissions characteristics of non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises, this paper attempts to construct a system with diversified low-carbon performance evaluation indicators, including carbon performance input and output. We conduct an initial application of a certain lead smelting enterprise, analyzing the weights of the hierarchical decision-making model. The results show that in low-carbon performance investment, carbon source control>capital cost>investment management.Among them, the weight of the primary indicator under carbon source control is net purchased electricity consumption control>fossil fuel combustion consumption control>metallurgical reducing agent consumption control>direct consumption control of carbon sources in other production processes>net purchased heat consumption control. In the low-carbon performance output indicators, carbon emission intensity>output management>carbon treatment capacity>carbon governance effect.Among them, indicator weight under the carbon governance effect shows emission status of exhaust gas up to standard>wastewater treatment status>solid waste treatment and disposal status.Indicator weight under output management shows carbon emissions data management>carbon trading management>carbon information disclosure.Based on different scenarios, the efficiency of carbon reduction strategies is further explained.Based on different scenarios, the efficiency of carbon emission reduction strategies is preliminarily explained, providing reference for the low-carbon performance evaluation of non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises.
