Application practice of mechanical driving technology in weakly cemented soft rock tunnels
Weakly cemented soft rock has low strength,poor cementation,and is prone to weathering and turning into mud when exposed to water.The traditional drilling and blasting method faces significant technical difficulties,with high safety risk,low efficiency and high cost in such conditions.Based on this,the technical scheme of replacing the traditional drilling and blasting method with the cantilever boring machine is put forward,and the industrial test of the cantilever boring machine is carried out.The industrial test time is up to 309 d,the cumulative tunnelling footage is 1 297.21 m,the total engineering volume is 27 729.49 m3,the cantilever tunnelling machine demonstrated a pure cutting capacity of 19.15 m3/h,with an average daily footage of 4.2 m,the average footage per shift is 3.41 m.The results show that the mechanical driving technology of cantilever boring machine can effectively solve the production problems encountered in the process of drilling and blasting in weak cemented soft rock mass.The mechanical driving efficiency can reach more than 1.4 times that of the drilling and blasting method,and the driving cost can be reduced based on significantly improving the driving efficiency.The research results can provide technical reference for weakly cemented soft rock roadway excavation.
