Optimisation and evaluation of workshop layout for ternary Li-ion cathode material based on SLP
The layout of a ternary Li-ion cathode material workshop layout is primarily designed based on production experience,and a scientific theoretical method is needed to evaluate whether the workshop layout has reached optimisation.This study adopts the Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)method to optimise and evaluate the layout of a ternary Li-ion cathode material workshop.It analyses the logistics and non-logistics relationships of each work unit within the workshop layout,and derives a comprehensive relationship table for each work unit according to the SLP calculation formula.Based on this analysis,problems in the existing workshop layout are identified,and the optimisation and evaluation of the workshop layout are achieved.The logistics intensity of the ternary Li-ion cathode material workshop layout optimised by the SLP method has been reduced by 46.7%,and the arrangement of each work unit has become more reasonable,which can effectively reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.The results indicate that the workshop layout for ternary Li-ion cathode material can be significantly improved using the SLP method,which provides a scientific theoretical basis for optimising and evaluating the workshop layout for ternary Li-ion cathode material.
