基于Fe掺杂SrCoO3敏感电极的阻抗型NO2传感器

NO2作为有害污染物,会引发光化学烟雾、酸雨和土地富营养化等.为了减少NO2的排放,各个国家和地区制定了相关的法律和法规.开发高性能的NO2传感器对于监测和控制NO2处理过程至关重要.利用Fe掺杂SrCoO3为敏感电极(SE),钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)为电解质,制备阻抗谱型NO2传感器.结果表明,在550 ℃下,Fe掺杂SrCoxFe1-xO3-SE传感器对不同浓度的NO2气体具有良好的响应能力;掺入Fe元素,传感器的灵敏度显著提高;在高浓度NO2气氛下,相角(Θ)响应值增加明显,在低浓度NO2气氛下,响应值未明显降低.综合考虑响应值和响应速率等因素,SrCo0.85Fe0.15O3-SE传感器敏感性能最佳,最佳工作温度为550 ℃,最大响应值高达27.1°,是未掺杂Fe之前的1.96倍.此外,在受到CH4、CO2、H2、NH3和NO等气体的干扰下,SrCo0.85Fe0.15Oa-SE传感器仍然能够保持良好的选择性.研究可对固体电解质型NO2传感器研究提供参考.
Impedancemetric-type NO2 sensor based on Fe-doped SrCoO3 sensitive electrode
As a hazardous air pollutant,NO2 can causes air pollution disasters such as photochemical smog,acid rain and land eutrophication.In order to reduce NO2 emissions,laws and regulations have been established in various countries and regions.Therefore,the development of high-performance NO2 sensors is essential for monitoring and controlling NO2 treatment processes.An impedancemetric-type NO2 sensor was prepared using Fe-doped SrCoO3 as the sensitive electrode(SE)and yttrium stabilized zirconia(YSZ)as the solid electrolyte.The experimental results showed that the sensor based on SrCoxFe1-xO3-SE exhibited good responsiveness to different concentrations of NO2 at 550 ℃.The sensitivity of the sensor was significantly improved by doping Fe element.The phase angle(Θ)value increased significantly under the atmosphere of high NO2 concentration and did not decrease significantly under the atmosphere of low NO2 concentration.Considering the factors of response value and response rate,the sensor based on SrCo0.85 Fe0.15O3-SE had the best sensing performance,the optimum working temperature was 550 ℃,and the maximum response value was 27.1°,which was 1.96 times that of the sensor based on SrCoO3-SE.In addition,the sensor based on SrCo0.85 Fe0.15 O3-SE was able to maintain good selectivity under the interference of gases such as CH4,CO2,H2,NH3 and NO.Finally,the SrCo0.85 Fe0.15 O3-SE sensor provide a reference for the study of solid electrolyte NO2sensors.
