辉锑矿基Sb2S3/石墨复合材料制备及其电化学性能

以天然辉锑矿和天然石墨为原料,采用辅助球磨法制备具有不同比例的辉锑矿基Sb2S3/石墨复合材料.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、扫面电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段分别表征复合材料的结构、组成和形貌.以不同比例的辉锑矿基Sb2S3/石墨复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料制备纽扣电池,测试该复合材料的电化学性能.结果表明:随着天然石墨的质量分数的增加,辉锑矿基Sb2S3/石墨复合材料的循环稳定性得到提升,在长循环中保持了高可逆性.其中,Sb2S3/石墨(质量比为1∶1)复合材料在1 A·g-1电流密度下经过110次循环后仍可保持351 mA·h·g-1的放电比容量,容量保持率达到52%.
Preparation and lithium storage properties of Sb2S3/graphite composites based on stibnite
Using natural stibnite and natural graphite as raw materials,Sb2S3/graphite composites with different proportions of stibnite were prepared by auxiliary ball milling method.The structure,composition and morphology of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),respectively.Composites of Sb2S3/BG at different ratios were employed as negative electrode for lithium-ion batteries,and their electrochemical properties were evaluated in button batteries.The results show that the cyclic stability of Sb2S3/BG composites improves with increasing natural graphite content,maintaining high reversibility during prolonged cycling.Among them,Sb2S3/BG(mass ratio:1:1)composite still retains a discharge specific capacity of 351 mA·h·g-1 after 110 cycles at a current density of 1 A·g-1,achieving a capacity retention rate of 52%.
