摘要

"默识"在汉唐期间的《论语》诠释中本属一般性的知识论议题.至宋明,伴随心性哲学的发展,得力于理学对"心"之认知力的开拓、心学对认知隐默面向的极力发挥,乃至佛学之禅修理念的影响,"默识"逐步转变为冥契本体之认知方式与主体涵养之实践要求."默识"的工夫论演化呈现了儒家心性修养路径在"道问学"与"尊德性"之间的微妙转换,同时凸显了儒家心性哲学乃是朝向两个层面的确定性寻求,即确定得者为真(朝向本体)与确定真得(朝向主体).对"默识"的工夫化进程的梳理和分析可为儒家心性哲学工夫论的探讨提供一历史与逻辑的线索.

Abstract

"Mo-shi"was a general epistemological issue in the interpretation of the Analects of Confucius during the Han and Tang dynasties.In the Song and Ming dynasties,with the development of the philosophy of mind and nature,thanks to Cheng-Zhu Neo Confucianism's exploration of the cognitive power towards the"mind",the philosophy of the mind's ultimate performance of the implicit aspect of cognition,and even the influence of some Buddhist meditation theories,"Mo-shi"gradually transformed into a cognitive mode of meditating on the noumenon and the practical requirement of subject cultivation.The evolution of"Mo-shi"presented a subtle shift of Confucian spiritual cultivation between"Honoring Moral Nature"and"Following the Path of Inquiry and Study",and highlighted that the Confucian philosophy of spiritual cultivation seeks determinism towards two levels:the one that be sure what got is the truth(towards the ontology)and the other one that ensure the process of obtain is authentic experience for the practitioner(towards the subject).The sorting and analysis of the process of the transformation of"Mo-shi"can provide a historical and logical clue for the exploration of Gong-fu theory of the Confucian philosophy of mind and nature.
