儒医会通:论元代大儒朱丹溪"理学化"的中医哲学

中医长期以阴阳五行、元气运化为理论基础,但至宋元时期,随着理学成为主流学说,儒理与医理关系开始被人思考,陆九渊、王阳明、颜钧等均曾就理学与医学关系进行隐喻式讨论,其中卓有建树者当推元人朱丹溪.朱丹溪以理学家与医学家双栖身份,深度会通儒理与医理,力图为中医建立系统的"理学"基础,一定程度上实现了理学医学化和医学理学化,值得珍视.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine has long been based on the theory of Yin Yang and Five Elements,as well as the movement and transformation of Yuan Qi.However,since the Song and Yuan dynasties,with Neo-confucianism becoming the mainstream theory,the relationship between Confucianism and medical theory has began to be considered.Lu Jiuyuan,Wang Yangming,Yan Shannong and others had discussed the relationship between Neo-confucianism and medicine metaphorically.Only Zhu Danxi,as a Neo-confucianism and a medical scientist,deeply understood Confucianism and medical theory,and tried to establish a systematic"Neo-confucianism"foundation for traditional Chinese medicine.To a certain extent,Zhu Danxi had realized the medical integration of Neo-confucianism and medical science,which was very important in the history of Neo-confucianism and history of medicine and was worth cherishing.
