摘要
自然杀伤细胞是具有细胞毒性的淋巴样细胞,能够直接和间接发挥抗肿瘤作用.既往研究证明过继自然杀伤细胞治疗肿瘤具有一定的可行、安全及有效性,深入研究自然杀伤细胞过继疗法的抗实体瘤潜力成为现今研究热点之一.本文对当前自然杀伤细胞抗肿瘤免疫及细胞过继疗法中的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Natural killer cells are lymphoid cells with cytotoxicity and play an important anti-tumor role.Pre-vious studies have shown that natural killer cell adoptive therapy for anti-tumor is feasible,safe,and effective.Exploring the anti-tumor potential of natural killer cell adoptive therapy has become a research hotspot.This article summarized the current research progress in natural killer cell anti-tumor immunity and cell adoptive therapy.
