实现慢性乙型肝炎临床治愈的治疗策略

目前慢性乙型肝炎的理想治疗终点是实现临床治愈，然而乙型肝炎表面抗原自发清除率较低，长期核苷酸类似物联合干扰素治疗有助于提高乙型肝炎表面抗原清除率，核酸类分子及免疫调节药物在临床研究中也显示出提高乙型肝炎表面抗原清除率的价值，可能成为实现乙肝临床治愈较有潜力的治疗策略。
Strategies to achieve a clinical cure of chronic viral hepatitis B
At present,the ideal therapeutic endpoint of chronic viral hepatitis B is to achieve a clinical cure.However,the spontaneous clearance rate of hepatitis B surface antigen is low,and long-term nucleotide ana-logues combined with interferon therapy can improve the clearance rate of hepatitis B surface antigen.New drugs targeting different action routes of hepatitis B virus are very important.Nucleic acid molecules and im-munomodulators have shown the value of improving the clearance rate of hepatitis B surface antigen in clini-cal research,which might be potential therapeutic strategies for clinical cure of hepatitis B.
