A review of ovarian genes associated with diminished ova-rian reserve
Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR),as a common female endocrine disease, was considered to be an early to middle stage of premature ovarian failure, which would adversely affect female fertility and lead to a decrease in fertility in women of childbearing age.The etiology of DOR was complex and varied, with genetic factors being also one of the important factors. With the rapid development of whole exome and genome sequencing technology, the changes in some DOR pathogenic genes, such as cholesterol, hormone synthesis and meiosis, have been revealed one by one.
