摘要
肿瘤相关巨噬细胞是肿瘤微环境中的重要细胞群,分泌多种细胞因子促进肿瘤进展.肿瘤相关巨噬细胞通过向肿瘤细胞递送包含蛋白质、脂质和多种类型核糖核酸的外泌体促进肿瘤增殖、侵袭、转移、血管生成,并增强肿瘤细胞的耐药性.本研究综述肿瘤相关巨噬细胞分泌的外泌体对消化系统肿瘤的调节作用及其分子机制,并从外泌体角度介绍防治消化系统肿瘤的策略,为临床药物的开发提供新思路.
Abstract
Tumor-associated macrophages play a crucial role in the tumor microenvironment by releasing dif-ferent cytokines to facilitate tumor progression.In addation,these macrophages promote tumor proliferation,invasion,metastasis,angiogenesis,and enhance drug resistance by transmitting exosomes containing proteins,lipids and various types of ribonucleic acid to tumor cells.This review examined the regulatory effects and molecular mechanisms of tumor-associated macrophage-derived exosomes on digestive system tumors.Addi-tionally,it presents strategies to prevent and treat digestive system tumors based on exosome research,offer-ing new insights into the development of clinical drugs.
