医教结合模式在孤独症谱系障碍儿童干预中的疗效分析

目的 探讨医教结合模式对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的干预疗效,为ASD儿童的康复治疗提供依据。方法 选择在扬州市妇幼保健院康复科接受训练的31例ASD儿童,根据疾病严重程度将其分为轻中度ASD组和重度ASD组。采用医教结合模式干预半年,并在干预前、后通过标准化测定评估ASD儿童的预后情况,包括社会沟通能力、语言能力和智力等。采用Gesell发育量表比较ASD儿童训练前、后的大运动能力,精细动作能力,应物能力,言语能力,应人能力的变化;采用儿童孤独症评定量表评估ASD严重程度。结果 通过医教结合,ASD儿童语言发展、社交互动领域、生活自理等方面都显著提升。结论 在公立性医疗机构实施医教结合,干预后ASD儿童的临床症状有一定改善,同时需要积极强调家长参与,建立系统完备的支持体系。
The therapeutic effect of a combined medical education model in children with autism spectrum disorder
Objective To explore the intervention effect and methods of combined medicine and education in children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD).Methods 31 ASD children who received training in Children's Rehabilitation Department of Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.According to the severity of the disease,they were divided into a mild-moderate group and a severe group.The study group was trained with a combination of medicine and education in 6 months.The prognosis of autistic children(social communication ability,language ability,intelligence,etc.)was assessed at the initial baseline and 6 months later.Child neurodevelopment was assessed by Gesell Developmental Diagnosis Scale including the adaptive ability,gross motor ability and fine motor ability,language ability and social ability.the severity of symptoms in children with ASD was assessed by Children's Autism Rating Scale.Results After following-up,children with mild and severe ASD showed significant improvements in language,social domain and self-care.Conclusion The intervention effect of a combination of medicine and education improved the clinical symptoms of ASD children in public medical institution.And it is necessary to actively emphasize the partici-pation of parents in support systems.
