杏仁核对焦虑样睡眠障碍的调控

焦虑症常与睡眠障碍共存且相互作用,一方面睡眠障碍可引起焦虑,另一方面焦虑患者常出现失眠、睡眠片段化等焦虑样睡眠改变。基底外侧杏仁核和中央杏仁核与脑内多个睡眠-觉醒调控核团存在纤维联系,是调控焦虑样行为与睡眠的关键核团。本研究总结杏仁核解剖结构、纤维联系,以及杏仁核调节焦虑样行为与睡眠障碍的作用机制与神经环路,对进一步理解睡眠与焦虑相互作用的潜在机制具有重要意义,为临床治疗焦虑症和睡眠障碍提供理论基础。
Role of amygdala in the regulation of anxiety-like sleep disorders
Anxiety and sleep disorder are related to each other in a bidirectional way;generally,sleep disor-ders cause anxiety and people suffering from anxiety disorders experience insomnia and sleep fragmentation.The basolateral and central amygdala project to the nuclei involved in the regulation of sleep-wake states,thus playing a key role in regulating anxiety-like behavior and sleep disturbance.In this review,we summarized the anatomic structure and fiber connections of amygdalae,and their mechanisms and neural circuits that act on anxiety-like behavior and sleep disturbance so as to provide new insight into the interaction between anxiety and sleep,and come up with fundamental theories for anxiety and sleep disorder treatment.
