摘要
艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜是由15个碳原子组成的双环倍半萜,主要从菊科植物橐吾属植物中提取,具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎等生物活性.艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜的基本结构类型主要包括内酯环、二聚体、呋喃环、降碳型和C19等.本文综述了艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜的相关结构及其潜在的细胞毒性,阐述其特定化学结构特点对抗肿瘤活性的影响,以期为研究其抗肿瘤的临床治疗效果提供参考.
Abstract
Eremophilane sesquiterpene is a double-ring sesquiterpene composed of 15 carbon atoms,mainly extracted from Ligularia,and has anti-tumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and other biological activities.The basic structure types of irimofen alkane sesquiterpenes mainly include a lactone ring,dimer,furan ring,carbon reduction type and C19.In this paper,the structures and potential cytotoxicity of irimofenane sesqui-terpenes were reviewed,and the effects of specific known chemical structures on the anti-tumor activity were described,in order to provide reference for the study of their anti-tumor clinical therapeutic effects.
