摘要
种植体周黏膜炎是与牙菌斑相关的局限于种植体周软组织的疾病,不累及骨组织,经过合理治疗后可完全康复.预防及早期治疗种植体周黏膜炎,防止种植体周围软组织的炎症发展为不可逆的种植体周围炎具有重要意义.本文阐述了种植体周黏膜炎的流行、病因、危险因素及防治措施,以期为种植体周黏膜炎的预防和临床诊疗提供参考.
Abstract
Peri-implant mucositis is a disease associated with dental plaque limited to peri-implant soft tissue,does not involve bone tissue,and is completely reversible with reasonable treatment.Prevention and early treatment of peri-implant mucositis is important to prevent the inflammation of the soft tissue around the im-plant from developing into irreversible peri-implantitis.Therefore,the prevalence,etiology,risk factors and prevention measures of peri-implant mucositis were described in this paper to provide reference for the pre-vention and clinical diagnosis and treatment of peri-implant mucositis.
