By the end of the 20th century,positive psychology had rapidly emerged and become an integral part of psychological research,garnering significant attention worldwide.The primary focus of positive psy-chology is the exploration of the formation and cultivation of positive traits,aimed at enhancing individuals'mental attitudes and improving their psychological well-being through an investigation into human happiness via scientific principles and methods,with an emphasis on positive attitudes to promote people's psychological health,physical well-being and social harmony.In recent years,the field of positive psychology has witnessed rapid development and has demonstrated significant utility in clinical application.This paper elaborated on the research content and therapeutic approaches of positive psychology,reviewed the progress of positive psycho-logical interventions in clinical applications,and proposed new perspectives in clinical application of positive psychology,aiming to provide references for research and practice in related fields.
