摘要
左房结构和功能参数在整体心功能评估中发挥着越来越重要的作用,对多种心血管疾病具有预测价值.早期准确评估左房结构和功能对患者的临床治疗及预后均有重要意义.超声心动图是目前临床评估左房结构和功能最常用的影像学检查手段,本文就超声心动图在左房结构和功能评估中的应用进展进行综述.
Abstract
Left atrial structural and functional parameters play an increasingly important role in the assessment of global cardiac function,and have predictive value for a variety of cardiovascular diseases.Early and accurate assessment of left atrial structure and function is of great significance to the clinical treatment and prognosis of patients.Echocardiography is the most commonly used imaging method for clinical evaluation of left atrial structure and function.This article reviews the application progress of echocardiography in the evaluation of left atrial structure and function.
