摘要
外周神经病变包括局灶性单发神经病、多发性神经病和全身性肌肉神经疾病.超声是检查外周神经首选的影像学手段,可以与神经电生理检查形成良好互补.随着超声技术的发展,一系列能为神经超声检查提供增量信息的新技术应运而生.本文就超声弹性成像、超微血流成像、超声造影、融合成像、超声相关人工智能技术在外周神经病变中的应用进展进行综述.
Abstract
Peripheral neuropathy including focal mononeuropathies,polyneuropathies and generalized neuromuscular disorders.Ultrasound is the preferred imaging method for the examination of peripheral nerves,and it can form a good complement with nerve electrophysiological examination.With the continuous innovation and development of ultrasound technology,a series of new technologies that can provide incremental information for neurological ultrasonic examination have emerged.This paper reviews the application progress of ultrasound elastography,ultrasonic microvascular imaging,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,fusion imaging and ultrasound-related artificial intelligence techniques in peripheral neuropathy.
