可视咽喉钳在下咽部异物取出术中的临床应用

摘要
目的:探讨应用自制可视咽喉钳取出下咽异物的可行性.方法:将咽喉钳和内镜相结合,通过数据线和显示器连接,制作成可视的咽喉钳,应用可视咽喉钳对下咽部异物进行检查和治疗.结果:53例患者中发现异物51例,其中下咽异物48例,均应用可视咽喉钳成功取出,3例经电子胃镜检查诊断为食道异物,经电子胃镜行食道异物取出.结论:可视咽喉钳可以对下咽部进行检查和异物取出,具有操作简单、快速,对下咽部异物取出成功率高等优点,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility of using self-made visual throat forceps to remove hypopharyn-geal foreign bodies.Methods:The throat forceps were combined with the endoscope and connected to a monitor via a data cable resulting in a visual throat forceps apparatus.This device was utilized to examine and treat the hy-popharyngeal foreign bodies.Results:Among 53 patients,foreign bodies were detected in 51,with 48 cases invol-ving hypopharyngeal foreign bodies.All were successfully extracted using the visual throat forceps.Three cases,diagnosed as esophageal foreign bodies by electronic gastroscopy,were treated using the same method.Conclu-sion:Visual throat forceps can be used to examine the hypopharynx and remove foreign bodies.It has the advanta-ges of simple operation,rapid operation,and high success rate of foreign body removal from the hypopharynx.It is worthy of clinical application.
