声门下区Rosai-Dorfman病1例并文献复习

摘要
Rosai-Dorfman病是一种罕见的非朗格汉斯组织细胞疾病,具有淋巴结内和(或)结外表现.目前尚无治疗这种疾病的指导方案.本文报道1例声门下区的病例,患者未表现出典型的症状,如发烧或淋巴结病,术前极易被误诊为恶性肿瘤.患者接受了低温等离子微创手术联合激素治疗,获得良好疗效.本文通过对Rosai-Dorfman 病相关文献进行回顾,以便更好地了解此种罕见疾病的临床表现、诊断和治疗.
Abstract
Rosai Dorfman disease is a rare non Langerhans histiocytic disease with intranodal and/or extran-odal manifestations,most commonly affecting cervical lymph nodes.There is no treatment guideline for this dis-ease.This paper reports a case of infraglottic portion,which did not show typical symptoms,such as fever or lymphadenopathy,and was easily misdiagnosed as malignant tumor preoperatively.The patient underwent low-temperature plasma minimally invasive surgery combined with hormone therapy and achieved good clinical effect.By reviewing the literature,we can better understand the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease.
