Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous screwing internal fixation with self-made guide device for treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods The 8 cases of femoral neck fractures were treated by percutaneous screwing with self-made guide device. The drilling times, fluoroscopy times, fracture reduction situation, fracture heal-ing time and the functional recovery of hip joint were recorded. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months.Intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency were 5~12 times, intraoperative drilling frequency were 3~10 times.Postopera-tive radiographs showed that all fractures were all anatomical reduction. All fractures healed in 3~6 months. At the last follow-up,the Harris scores of hip joints were 85~96 points,of which 5 cases were excellent and 3 cases were good. All patients could walk with crutches, without of hip pain. Conclusions Percutaneous screwing with self-made guide for the treatment of femoral neck fracture is convenient to operate, which can reduce the times number of fluoros-copy and drilling, and can significantly improve the accuracy of screwing,so that the cannulated screws are arranged in a classic inverted triangle, and further improve the stability of fixation.
