Clinical effect of idebenone tablets combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of depression after ischemic stroke
Objective To observe the clinical effect of idebenone tablets combined with transcranial magnetic stimu-lation in the treatment of depression after ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 104 patients with depression after ischemic stroke admitted to Tianshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 52 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine treatment with fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules,and the observation group was treated with idebenone tablets combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy,the HAMD scores and the levels of 5-HT,NE and DA before and after treatment in both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,higher than 76.92%of the control group(χ2=4.727,P=0.030).After 2 weeks of treatment,HAMD scores in two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.01).The levels of 5-HT,DA and NE in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Idebenone tablets combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation has a good effect in the treatment of depression after ischemic stroke,which can effectively reduce clinical symptoms and improve neurotransmitter levels.
