摘要
目的 探讨细胞周期素E(CyclinE)在下咽癌组织中的表达及其与各临床病理因素的关系.方法 采用免疫组化S-P法检测35例下咽癌组织和20例正常下咽黏膜组织中CyclinE的表达情况.结果 (1)CyclinE在下咽癌组织中的阳性表达率为62.9%,明显高于正常下咽黏膜(0)(P<0.05).(2)CyclinE蛋白在下咽癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级、肿瘤大小、吸烟量、年龄和性别无相关性(P>0.05).结论 CyclinE蛋白的高表达可能促进下咽癌的发生,可以作为下咽癌早期诊断和靶向治疗的重要标志物.
Abstract
Objective To study the expression of Cyclin E in hypopharynx carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between Cyclin E and clinical pathological factors. Methods The expression of Cyclin E was examined by SP immunohistochemical method in 35 hypopharynx carcinoma specimens and 20 normal hypopharynx mucosa samples. Results ( 1 ) The rate of positive expression of Cyclin E in hypopharynx carcinoma was 62.9% , and it was significantly higher than that ( 0% ) of normal hypopharynx mucosa ( P＜0.05 ). ( 2 )ln hypopharynx carcinoma, the expression of Cyclin E protein wasn't related to metastasis, clinical stage, pathological grade, tumor size,smoking history and age and sex of patients. Conclusion The high expression of Cyclin E may contribute to carcinogenesis of hypopharynx carcinoma. It can be set as an important marker for earlier diagnosis and target for treatment of hypopharynx cancer.
