摘要
目的 探讨三维经食管超声心动图(3D-TEE)在左心室室壁瘤形成后左心室的形态、结构与功能评价中的应用效果.方法 统计分析2011 ~2013年收治的50例接受冠状动脉旁路移植术和室壁瘤切除术患者的临床资料.结果 3D-TEE对左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、室壁瘤容积均明显比三维经胸超声心动图(3D-TTE)大,左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显比3D-TTE低(P<0.05);3D-TEE测得二尖瓣返流的面积(2.56±0.38)cm2明显比3D-TTE(2.02±0.41) cm2大(P<0.05).结论 3D-TEE在左心室室壁瘤形成后左心室的形态、结构与功能评价中较3D-TTE具有更好的应用效果,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography (3 D-TEE) in the evaluation of morphology,structure and function of left ventricular after left ventricular aneurysm formation.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of coronary artery bypass grafting and aneurysm resection patients in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were statistically analyzed.Results The LVEDV,LVESV,aneurysm volume of 3D-TEE were significantly larger.The LVEF was significantly lower than those of three-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography (3D-TTE) (P < 0.05).The measured mitral regurgitation area of 3D-TEE (2.56-± 0.38) cm2 was significantly larger than that of3D-TTE (2.02 ± 0.41) cm2 (P <0.05).Conclusion The application effect of three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography (3D-TEE) in the evaluation of morphology,structure and function of left ventricular after left ventricular aneurysm formation is good.This method is worthy of promoting.
