Objective To observe the effect of air waves pressure therapy on hemodynamics of deep vein of lower extremity in stroke pa-tients with hemiplegia.Methods From April 2022 to March 2023,90 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were retrospectively selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment schemes,45 patients in each group.The observation group was given routine treatment and air waves pressure therapy,while the control group was given routine treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the indexes of hemodynamics,circumference of lower limbs,coagulation function[fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),D dimmer(D-D)]and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the femoral venous blood flow velocity and femoral venous blood flow in the observation group were(26.12±2.25),(15.32±0.42)cm/s,which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(20.08±2.16),(11.08±0.41)cm/s],and the reflux time was(0.33±0.08)s,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(0.45±0.09)s],the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).After treatment,the circumference of the upper edge of patella and the circumference of the lower part of tibial tuberosity in the observation group were(45.17±0.62),(32.16±0.58)cm,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(50.39±0.59),(34.78±0.56)cm],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FIB and D-D in the observation group were(2.43±0.73)g/L,(0.53±0.15)μg/mL,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(2.43±0.73)g/L,(0.53± 0.15)μg/mL],the PT in the observation group was(14.02±1.41)s,which was significantly longer than that in the control group[(12.33± 1.35)s],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the observation group was 2.22%,which was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group(17.78%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke pa-tients with hemiplegia,the combination with routine anticoagulation therapy and air waves pressure therapy can improve the hemodynamics and co-agulation indexes of the deep vein of the affected lower extremity,help to reduce the circumference of the affected lower extremity and reduce the occurrence of the lower extremity DVT.
