摘要
目的 探究Bifluorid 12联合玻璃离子衬洞后复合树脂充填治疗牙齿唇颊侧组织磨损性牙齿过敏的效果.方法 前瞻性选取2017年1月至2022年1月在武汉大学口腔医院接受治疗的94例牙齿唇颊侧组织磨损性牙齿过敏患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组:对照组(n=47,患牙98颗)和观察组(n=47,患牙95颗).对照组进行传统树脂填充治疗,观察组进行Bifluorid 12联合玻璃离子衬洞后复合树脂充填治疗.记录并比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后即刻、1周、1个月、3个月冷气及机械刺激视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,记录两组患者治疗后即刻、1周、1个月、3个月冷气刺激情况及机械刺激情况的缓解情况,治疗前及治疗后1周、1个月、3个月牙龈出血指数;观察两组患者治疗后3个月治疗效果;比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后1周、1个月、3个月生活质量量表评分.结果 治疗后即刻、1周、1个月、3个月患者的冷气刺激、机械刺激VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组各时间点的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).与对照组患者相比较,观察组患者各时间段(治疗前vs.治疗后即刻、治疗前vs.治疗后1周、治疗前vs.治疗后1个月、治疗前vs.治疗后3个月)冷气刺激及机械刺激缓解程度均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后1周、1个月、3个月,两组患者的牙龈出血指数均较治疗前降低,且观察组牙龈出血指数分别0.89± 0.11、1.03±0.21、1.54±0.31,均低于对照组(1.15±0.24、1.31±0.32、1.87±0.48),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后3个月,观察组的治疗效果比对照组好,治疗有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后1周、1个月、3个月,两组患者的生活质量均较治疗前提高,且观察组患者的生活质量评分分别为(82.15±4.26)、(84.55±4.98)、(83.14±3.46)分,均高于对照组[(78.26±6.13)、(81.22±5.46)、(79.15±4.29)分],差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 Bifluorid 12联合玻璃离子衬洞后复合树脂充填治疗牙齿唇颊侧组织磨损性牙齿过敏在缓解疼痛、帮助控制牙龈出血指数以及提高治疗效果和生活质量方面表现出色,值得在临床进行推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Bifluorid 12 combined with composite resin filling after glass ion lining in labial buccal tis-sue wear allergy.Methods A total of 94 patients with teeth treated in Wuhan University Stomatological Hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method:the control group(n=47,with 98 affected teeth)and the observation group(n=47,with 95 affected teeth).The control group received traditional resin filling treatment,and the observation group received Bifluorid 12 combined with glass ion hole composite resin filling treatment.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of air condi-tioning and mechanical stimulation before treatment,at immediately,1 week,1 month,and 3 months after treatment were recorded and compared between two group.The relief of cold air stimulation and mechanical stimulation at immediately,1 week,1 month,and 3 months after treatment,and the gingival bleeding index before treatment,at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after treatment were recorded and compared between two groups.The treatment effects of two groups were observed 3 months after treatment;the quality of life scale scores of two groups were compared be-fore treatment,at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after treatment.Results The VAS scores at immediately,1 week,1 month,and 3 months af-ter treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,air conditioning and mechanical stimulation response were higher in all time period(before vs.immediately after treatment,before vs.1 week after treatment,before vs.3 months after treatment),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after treatment,the gingival bleeding index of two groups were lower than those before treatment,the gingival bleeding index of the observation group were 0.89±0.11,1.03±0.21,and 1.54±0.31,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(1.15±0.24,1.31±0.32,1.87±0.48),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the treatment ef-fectiveness rate was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after treatment,the quality of life of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the quality of life scores of the observation group were(82.15±4.26),(84.55±4.98),and(83.14±3.46)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(78.26±6.13),(81.22±5.46),and(79.15±4.29)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Bifluorid 12 combined with glass ion-lined post-cavity composite resin for the treatment of labial-buccal tissue wear dental allergies has shown excellent performance in relieving pain,helping control gingival bleeding index,and improving therapeutic efficacy and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
