Objective To explore the status of psychological resilience of patients with insertable cardiac monitor and analyze its influen-cing factors.Methods A total of 20 patients with insertable cardiac monitor who were revisited in the Department of Outpatient,Beijing Friend-ship Hospital,Capital Medical University from June to December 2022 were retrospectively selected as the investigation objects.Convenience sam-pling was used to measure the psychological resilience,social support,and self-efficacy of patients using the Psychological Resilience Scale,So-cial Support Rating Scale,and General Self Efficacy Scale,and to explore their correlation.Results The average scores of mental resilience,so-cial support and self-efficacy of 20 patients with insertable cardiac monitor were(70.6±18.73),(36.65±6.60)and(26.95±6.79)points,respectively.The results of univariate analysis showed that there was statistically significant difference in the psychological resilience level of ICM implanted patients with different marital statuses(P<0.05);there was statistically significant difference in social support levels among patients with implanted ICM in different marital statuses(P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in self-efficacy level among patients with implanted ICM in different educational levels and marital statuses(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis results showed that self-ef-ficacy score and social support score were significantly positively correlated with the scores of various dimensions of psychological resilience(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that social support was a influencing factor on the psychological resilience of patients with implantable electrocardiogram event recorders(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of psychological resilience of patients with insertable cardiac monitor is in the middle level,but the level of psychological resilience of patients with high social support is higher.
