摘要

目的 观察急性脑梗死患者血清膜联蛋白A2、微RNA(miR)-9-5p的表达及其与病情严重程度的相关性.方法 回顾性选取2022年1月至2023年7月佳木斯市中心医院收治的急性脑梗死患者80例,将其列为观察组;并选择同一时期体检中心接待的健康者80名作为对照组.检测并比较两组研究对象的血清膜联蛋白A2、miR-9-5p表达水平,按照疾病严重程度对观察组患者进行亚组划分,比较各亚组患者的血清膜联蛋白A2、miR-9-5p表达水平,采用Pearson相关性分析分析血清膜联蛋白A2、miR-9-5p的表达与急性脑梗死患者病情严重程度的关系.结果 观察组患者的血清膜联蛋白A2表达水平为(42.65±6.12)μg/L,明显高于对照组[(14.29±2.18)μg/L],miR-9-5p表达水平为0.54±0.11,明显低于对照组(1.01±0.02),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).重度组患者血清膜联蛋白A2 表达水平为(48.95±2.37)μg/L,显著高于轻度组、中度组[(35.56±1.16)、(41.23±2.39)μg/L],miR-9-5p 表达水平为0.46±0.13,显著低于轻度组、中度组(0.72±0.13、0.58±0.12),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清膜联蛋白A2、miR-9-5p表达水平均与急性脑梗死病情严重程度相关,其中,血清膜联蛋白A2表达水平与美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分之间呈正相关(r=0.681,P<0.05),血清miR-9-5p表达水平与NIHSS评分之间呈负相关(r=-0.516,P<0.05).结论 与体检健康者比较,急性脑梗死患者的血清膜联蛋白A2表达水平明显升高,miR-9-5p表达水平明显降低,且血清膜联蛋白A2、miR-9-5p表达水平与急性脑梗死病情严重程度有相关性.临床血清膜联蛋白A2、miR-9-5p表达水平检测有助于急性脑梗死患者病情判定,制定针对性的治疗方案.

Abstract

Objective To observe the expression of serum annexin A2 and microRNA(miR)-9-5p in patients with acute cerebral in-farction and their correlation with the severity of the disease.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were retrospectively seleted as the observation group,80 healthy individuals received by the physical ex-amination center during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of serum annexin A2 and miR-9-5p between the two groups of study subjects were detected and compared.Patients in the observation group were divided into subgroups according to the severi-ty of the disease,the expression levels of serum annexin A2 and miR-9-5p in each subgroup of patients were compared,and the Pearson corre-lation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of serum annexin A2 and miR-9-5p and the severity of acute cerebral infarction in patients.Results The expression level of serum annexin A2 in the observation group was(42.65±6.12)μg/L,which was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group[(14.29±2.18)μg/L],and the expression level of miR-9-5p was 0.54±0.11,which was sig-nificantly lower than that in the control group(1.01±0.02),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of serum annexin A2 in the severe group was(48.95±2.37)μg/L,which were significantly higher than that in the mild group and moderate group[(35.56±1.16),(41.23±2.39)μg/L],and the expression level of miR-9-5p was 0.46±0.13,which were significantly lower than that in the mild group and moderate group(0.72±0.13,0.58±0.12),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum annexin A2 and miR-9-5p are both correlated with the severity of acute cerebral infarction.Pearson correlation analysis showed that,there was a positive correlation between serum annexin A2 expression level and National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score(r=0.681,P<0.05),and a negative correlation between serum miR-9-5p expression level and NIHSS score(r=-0.516,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of serum annexin A2 and miR-9-5 p in patients with acute cerebral infarction are significantly increased,while the expression levels of serum annexin A2 and miR-9-5p are significantly reduced.The expression levels of serum Annexin A2 and miR-9-5p are correlated with the severity of acute cerebral infarction.The detection of clinical serum levels of annexin A2 and miR-9-5p expres-sion helps to determine the condition of acute cerebral infarction patients and develop targeted treatment plans.
