摘要
目的 探讨手术联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗重度眉间纹的临床疗效.方法 前瞻性选取16例于2019年1月至2022年1月期间就诊的重度眉间纹患者,入组患者均接受手术联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗(术后即刻注射),术后定期随访,观察并分析入组患者的临床疗效.结果 术后6个月回访,完全改善2例(12.5％),明显改善8例(50.0％),改善6例(37.5％).入组患者治疗效果均满意.结论 手术联合A型肉毒毒素治疗重度眉间纹临床疗效满意,值得临床应用推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of openation combined with type A botulinum toxin injection in the treatment of se-vere glabellar frown lines.Methods A total of 16 patients with severe glabellary frown lines from January 2019 to January 2022 were prospectively selected to receive surgery combined with toxin type A injection immediately after surgery.Effects were analyzed by follow-up.Results At 6 months,among 16 patients with severe brow lines,2 cases(12.5％)got improved completely,8 cases(50.0％)got improved obviously and 6 cases(37.5％)were improved.The treatment effect of the enrolled patients was satisfactory.Conclusion The effect of excision combined with botulinum toxin type A injection in the treatment of severe glabellar frown lines is obvious,and it is worth of clinical application and promotion.
