摘要
目的 探究肿瘤组织微RNA(miRNA)-515-5p、集落刺激因子1受体(CSF1R)表达与结直肠癌病理特征的相关性及意义.方法 回顾性选取2021年3月至2024年3月秦皇岛市第一医院收治的83例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受手术治疗,且癌组织及癌旁组织保存得当.收集患者的临床资料(年龄、性别、肿瘤位置、分化类型、肿瘤大小、浆膜侵犯、淋巴结转移、远处转移、淋巴血管浸润情况等).对癌组织及癌旁组织中的miRNA-515-5p、CSF1R表达情况进行分析,并探究miRNA-515-5p、CSF1R表达与其病理特征的相关性.结果 癌组织中miRNA-515-5p相对表达量为0.44±0.19,低于癌旁组织(1.03±0.21),CSF1R阳性表达率为59.04%,高于癌旁组织(31.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).发生浆膜侵犯、淋巴转移、远处转移、淋巴血管浸润的患者的miRNA-515-5p相对表达量低于未发生患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).CSF1R阳性表达患者中存在浆膜侵犯、淋巴结转移、淋巴血管浸润的占比均高于CSF1R阴性表达患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).miRNA-515-5p低表达的患者生存率为20.8%,显著低于miRNA-515-5p高表达的患者(61.7%),CSF1R阳性表达的患者生存率为26.1%,显著低于CSF1R阴性表达的患者(81.1%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 与癌旁组织相比,结直肠癌患者癌组织中miRNA-515-5p低表达,CSF1R的高表达.miRNA-515-5p的低表达与浆膜侵犯、远处转移、淋巴转移和淋巴血管浸润相关,CSF1R阳性表达与浆膜侵犯、淋巴结转移和淋巴血管浸润相关,且二者均与患者的预后生存相关.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of microRNA(miRNA)-515-5p and colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor(CSF1R)in colorectal cancer tissues and their association with the pathological features of colorectal cancer.Methods A retro-spective study was conducted on 83 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Qinhuangdao First Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024.All pa-tients received surgical treatment,and the cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were preserved properly.The clinical data of patients(age,gender,tumor location,differentiation type,tumor size,serosal invasion,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,lymphatic vascular invasion,etc.)were collected.The expression of miRNA-515-5p and CSF1R in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was analyzed.The relationship between the expression of miRNA-515-5p,CSF1R,and the pathological characteristics of the patients was explored.Results The relative expression of miRNA-515-5 p in cancer tissues was 0.44±0.19,which was lower than that in adjacent tissues(1.03±0.21),the positive expression rate of CSF1R was 59.04%,which was higher than that in adjacent tissues(31.33%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression of miRNA-515-5p in patients with serosal invasion,lymphatic metastasis,distant metastasis and lymphatic vascular in-vasion was lower than that in patients without serosal invasion,lymphatic metastasis,distant metastasis and lymphatic vascular invasion,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of serosal invasion,lymph node metastasis and lymphatic vascular invasion in patients with CSF1R positive expression was higher than that in patients with CSF1R negative expression,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The survival rate of patients with low expression of miRNA-515-5 p was 20.8%,which was significantly lower than that of patients with high expression of miRNA-515-5p(61.7%),the survival rate of patients with positive expression of CSF1R was 26.1%,which was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression of CSF1R(81.1%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In colorectal cancer tissues,the expression of miRNA-515-5p is lower,and the positive expression rate of CSF1R is higher than in adjacent non-cancerous tissues.Low expression of miRNA-515-5p is associated with serosal invasion,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,and lymphovascular invasion,while positive expression of CSF1R is associated with serosal invasion,lymph node metastasis,and lymphovascular invasion,and correlates with poor patient prognosis.
