Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum LncRNA NEAT1 in different degrees of liver fibrosis in patients with chro-nic HBV infection.Methods Seventy patients with chronic HBV infection who visited Daqing Longnan Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024were included as the study objects for retrospective analysis.The results of liver puncture were used as the gold standard,and the degree of liver fibrosis was grouped by lshak scoring system.Patients with stage 0-2 were included in the mild group(n=29),and patients with stage 3-4 were included in the moderate group(n=21).Patients with stage 5-6 were included in the severe group(n=20).Serum exosome Ln-cRNA NEAT1 level and liver fibrosis indexes[type Ⅲ procollagen(PC Ⅲ),type Ⅳ collagen(CⅣ),laminin(LN),hyaluronidase(HA)]were detected,and serum exosome LncRNA NEAT1 detection results and liver fibrosis indexes of patients with different degrees of liver fibrosis were compared and analyzed.The relationship between serum exosome LncRNA NEAT1 detection results and liver fibrosis indicators was analyzed.The value of serum exosomal LncRNA NEAT1 in the diagnosis of different degrees of liver fibrosis was evaluated using the receiver operating character-istic(ROC)curve.The value of serum exosomal LncRNA NEAT1 level in predicting liver fibrosis stage was analyzed by Logistic regression analy-sis.Results Clear exosomal LncRNA NEAT1 level was 1.12±0.54 in the mild group,1.37±0.15 in the moderate group and 1.89±0.33 in the severe group.The LncRNA NEAT1 level of severe patients was significantly higher than mild and moderate patients,statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PC Ⅲ,CⅣ,LN and HA in the severe group were higher than those in the mild and moderate groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman partial correlation analysis showed that,serum exosome LncRNA NEAT1 level was positively correlated with liver fibrosis indexes(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of serum exosome LncRNA NEAT1 in the diagnosis of different degrees of liver fibrosis were higher than 70%,and the sensitivity and specificity of mild group were higher than those of moderate and severe groups(P<0.05).Serum exosomal LncRNA NEAT1 level was an independent factor for predicting liver fibro-sis stage(OR=1.752,95%CI:1.198-3.268,P<0.05).Conclusion The detection effect of serum exosome LncRNA NEAT1 in patients with chronic HBV infection is ideal,which can accurately diagnose different degrees of liver fibrosis,and provide reliable data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
